*Silver Belle
*Belle was our very first experience to the Curly horse world. With a wonderful personality and calm disposition it wasn't hard to fall in love with the breed. When *Belle arrived at our place she only had 60 days of training on her. Even though she was very green her incredible temperament made it possible to be successfully ridden all year long by a beginner rider. *Belle is off for more training this spring and we are very excited to see what new skills she will have when she returns. Our love for *Belle prompted us to purchase two more Curlies. Belle's Photo Gallery

*Meri's Boy Goldust AKA: Dusty
When we first allowed our daughter to take riding lessons in the spring of 2006 we had no idea it would turn into a family event. In the summer of 2006, Jason also began riding with us at a local riding arena. Thankfully he decided to lease a horse at first to see how it would go. All was going well until the weather began to change and the arena doors could no longer be left open. This was when Jason noticed that every time we came home from the arena he began to have breathing difficulties. At first allergy pills were working but after about a month he had to resort to an inhaler or suffer a major asthma attack. Jason's allergies progressively worsened until the riding experience was no longer enjoyable. This was when we decided he would need to buy his own Curly horse or stop riding altogether. To our surprise we found an ad for *Dusty a Curly horse for sale living only 40 minutes away. After trying him out for several weeks we decided he was definitely a keeper and he would just have to join our herd. Jason has been able to continue riding at the arena and has no apparent allergic reaction to *Dusty. We are very lucky to have *Dusty join our herd. *Dusty comes from an excellent line of Curlies and even though he has been gelded *Dusty was able to continue this great bloodline by previously siring several foals. Our future plan for *Dusty is to continue his training under Jason and then be passed on to our daughters as they continue to advance in their riding. *Dusty's previous owner used him for therapeutic riding and he will continue to be in our therapeutic riding program as well.
